English Teacher

Job Description

Are you a dedicated and passionate English teacher looking for a new opportunity? Zest Education is currently seeking a qualified and experienced English Teacher to join a secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent from September 2024.

At this school, Drama is an integral part of the English curriculum, and we are looking for a teacher who can bring creativity and enthusiasm to their lessons. The successful candidate will have experience teaching English up to Key Stage 5, with a strong understanding of the subject matter and the ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.

As an English Teacher at, you will have the opportunity to join a wider department of experienced and supportive educators. Our dedicated Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is committed to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment for both staff and students.

We understand that work-life balance is important, and for the right candidate, the role could be made 0.8 4 days a week, allowing for more flexibility in your schedule.

 Requirements:

– Qualified and experienced English Teacher

– Experience teaching English up to Key Stage 5

– Strong knowledge of the English curriculum

– Passionate about Drama and its integration into the English curriculum

– Ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
