Zest Education are looking to recruit a full-time Chemistry teacher for a secondary school in the Cannock area. This role is full time from January 2025 for the rest of the academic year.
The role is long term so planning and marking of all classwork is required. Good behaviour and classroom management is needed as well as excellent subject knowledge at KS4 and KS5. Knowledge of general science at KS3 is also required as the candidate may have to take over a few KS3 lessons.
The school has excellent science facilities with updated classrooms with chemistry and physics being taken up by a vast majority of the students at A level. The successful candidate will be joining a supportive staff and become and integral part of the science department, liaising with other teachers and technicians.
