English Teacher

Zest Education are currently working alongside a secondary school in the Dudley area to recruit for ambitious and engaging English Teacher. This position is due to start in January 2025 and will run on a full-time basis.

The school are looking for a candidate who can contribute towards maintaining their high academic expectations. The school is based just a short distance away from the centre of Dudley and benefits from both onsite parking and easily accessible public transport links.

Successful candidates will have:

• A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS
• A strong enthusiasm for the subject of English and the ability to plan and deliver high quality lessons
• Excellent knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum (KS5 is not essential but is desirable)
• A team ethos and the ability to build strong and professional relationships with both colleagues and pupils
• Experience in classroom and behaviour management
